Internship - Noetic Marketer – Internal Brand Refresh

Objective

To revitalize Noetic Marketer’s internal and social brand identity. As a Graphic Design Intern, I was tasked with creating a cohesive visual system for the agency’s digital touchpoints, ensuring that every employee and social interaction reflects a modern, professional, and unified brand image.

Process
I led the refresh of the agency’s internal digital assets, focusing on consistency and visual hierarchy. This included designing a standardized Email Signature system and LinkedIn Cover images for all employees to strengthen the collective brand presence. For social media, I developed a series of Instagram Highlight icons and Monthly Social Posts that balanced informative marketing content with a clean, engaging aesthetic. By refining these "everyday" touchpoints, I helped transition the agency’s internal culture into a more polished and visually synchronized brand.
Roles & Distribution
